Can we access the lead data at the time
of transfer?
Yes! Your agent will be able to access the data
by entering the leads 10-digit phone number into
the web application located on our site. The lead
name and phone number will be provided at the
time call is transferred.
Is credit report pulled before lead is
transferred?
Out of privacy concerns we do not collect a leads
social security number.
Thus, we do not pull the leads credit report or
have access to their FICO score. We do ask them
if they know their credit score or have an idea
on the status of their credit and provide that
information to you.
Is there any special phone or Internet
technology we will need to get started?
No! All you need is a regular telephone line
to accept the calls and a standard web browser
to access the data and keep track of your account.
Can we route the calls through our receptionist
first and then to our sales agent?
Yes! However, getting the lead off hold and speaking
with a live agent as quickly as possible is a
key to the effectiveness of the live transfer
program. We require the lead be connected to the
live agent within 30 seconds of initial contact
with the receptionist or a message is left and
your agent will have to call the lead back at
a later time or date.
Are your conversations between the leads
and your call center recorded?
Yes! All conversations are recorded and available
for your review within 72 hours of the call being
transferred and stored for up to 30 days.
